Intelligent tutoring systems
The research attempts to propose an intelligent tutoring system (ITS) that can adapt to the learning capabilities of the student and adopt approaches that provide easy, moderate or advanced level of tutoring based on the students learning responses. The proposed ITS system will be able to identify student’s learning behaviour in real time and take appropriate measures to ensure that the student is able to learn the content. To accomplish this, research into various ITS systems will be carried out to establish potential gaps and areas of improvement in existing researches. The research will then incorporate the usage of physiological signal processing and capture the student’s behaviour using the EEG device which will be the main deliverable.
