Predicting the careers of teenagers through the use of Games
Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions a young person can make and can often be the most difficult. By creating a scenario based game targeting 13-15 year olds in high school, a series of indirect questions will be answered by the user. Each answer will directly reflect Holland’s RIASEC model and will indicate which careers the user will be best suited. Completion of the game will provide the user with a report indicating how the predictions were made, what the results mean and more information on each of the careers.
